Young Black Joy is Timeless

I grew up in Antigua for 10 years and one of my favorite memories is going to the beach with my friends. I wanted to capture that joy but also provide a different interpretation of their amongst each other in the ocean as a desire to stay connected, because many children like myself who felt different at home latched on to their chosen families at school, local sports groups, musical groups, or church. And as the earth keeps getting hotter I think its important to keep an eye on te growth of the next generation. They need support, things have not evolved as much as we hoped. Many children feel they can only rely on other children.
